Birthday Party Packages
Is your child’s wish a spectacular birthday? Are they begging you to have a larger number of guests than you feel comfortable entertaining? We have the answer for you! Our gym offers a number of birthday party opportunities to satisfy your child’s birthday dreams. We give children the place to release some of that extra energy built up by the excitement of the words “Birthday Party!”
We provide a safe and supervised facility to allow the release of energy and give the children an opportunity to explore new talents and skills on equipment they may not have previously had the opportunity to experience.
Bronze $105
- One hour of fun and fabulous gym time, but no additional party time afterward
- The price is $105 for up to 11 guests including the birthday child ($10 off for members = $95)
- More than 11 guests (including the birthday child) will add an additional charge of $6 per extra guest
Silver $145
- 1.5 hours of fun, fun, fabulous fun party (1 hour of gym time, 30 minutes in our party area for gift opening or refreshments)
- We provide place settings (cups, forks, napkins, plates, and table cover); you provide food and drinks
- The price is $145 for up to 11 guests including the birthday child ($10 off for members = $135)
- More than 11 guests (including the birthday child) will add an additional charge of $8 per extra guest.
Gold $185
- 2 hours of fun, fun, fabulous fun party (1.5 hours of gym time, 30 minutes in our party area for gift opening or refreshments)
- We provide place settings (cups, forks, napkins, plates, and table cover); you provide food and drinks
- The price is $185 for up to 11 guests including the birthday child ($10 off for members = $175)
- More than 11 guests (including the birthday child) will add an additional charge of $9 per extra guest.
Platinum $285
- An all-night gymnastics experience from 7:00 pm until 8:00 am the following morning. Birthday guests will rock the night playing games, obstacle courses, learning skills on our equipment, watching a movie, building forts to sleep in, eating, opening gifts, and so much more
- You provide food and drinks; we will provide the place settings (cups, forks, napkins, plates, and table cover)
- A qualified instructor that will make your child’s birthday party a day to remember
- The price is $285 for up to 11 guests including the birthday child ($10 off for members = $275)
- More than 11 guests (including the birthday child) will add an additional charge of $15 per extra guest
- One parent is required to spend the night

All Birthday Packages Include:
- One hour of fun, fun, fun and fabulous play time in the gym led by a qualified Tri-County instructor
- Activities include an obstacle course, organized games; trampoline, climbing rope, climbing wall, and open gym time available upon request
- Invitations that also serve as liability waivers to send to your guests to ensure parents of guests feel comfortable with the event
- Place Settings for all the birthday guests including cups, forks, napkins, plates, and table cover
What To Wear:
- For the safety of the child and our equipment we request the below dress to be adhered to.
- Girls – Leotards or a t-shirt and shorts (no snaps, zippers, belts with buckles); please remove shoes, socks, and jewelry and tie hair back if it is long enough to do so
- Boys – T-shirt and shorts (no snaps, zippers, belts with buckles); please remove shoes and socks
Field Trips
Tri-County Provides:
- 1+ Instructors (depending upon amount of kids)
- You are encouraged to bring as many chaperones as possible; the more chaperones you bring, the more things/event stations the kids can do at one time)
- An area for kids to eat their snack
- Water fountain for drink breaks
- Two bathrooms with low toilets
Kids Are Encouraged To:
- Listen to the instructor explain the rules, then warm-up and stretch
- Participate in races, obstacle courses, and individual event stations following the instructor’s directions
Tri-County Equipment:
- Tri-County has a trampoline, tumble track, climbing ropes, rock wall, spring loaded floor, low and high beams, vault, rings, parallel bars, uneven bars, pommel horse, and spring boards. We also have a mini equipment area for young children. Your group will have a blast!
